Meet Karlie

Every person has intrinsic worth. 

I see each client not just as another body to train, but a valuable person to care for. For example, when the mind and heart are carrying stress, the body is affected, so we tailor the day’s training with that in mind.

Training Method

Karlie comes from a background of mentoring and coaching individuals and small groups of people. She took that passion and experience and combined it with her love for fitness and healthy living. She has a heart for the whole person (body, mind, spirit) and she applies that to how she trains clients. A favourite catch phrase her clients hear: “You’re stronger than you think! :)”
